[4] Video Checklist

Make sure your videos meet the following requirements:

The “Big O” Moment (Orgasm / cumshot)

  • All of your solo masturbation videos must include full cumshot.
  • This is one of the most important elements.
  • Cumshot must be visible after you cum. For example, if you shoot it onto a white towel, nobody is going to be able to see it. So, instead, shoot it onto your chest, or a black table, or… it’s up to you – just make sure the viewer can see it. EXCEPTION: if you shoot it into your own mouth, it won’t be visible, and that’s okay, as long as the viewer can see it go inside your mouth.
  • It’s ideal if the viewer can see your face when you cum. Your goal is for the viewer to see the intensity & pleasure.
  • Never abruptly end your video immediately after the cumshot. Instead, take a moment to relax and show the relief and relaxation on your face and body.

▢ 10 minutes per video (minimum) or more

  • The minimum time for each video is always 10 minutes. (Ideal length is 15 minutes, but as long as each video is at least 10 minutes, it’s okay.)
  • You can make them as long as you want. You can even make them 30 minutes if you want. Just keep it interesting and not boring!

Whole body (including face)

  • You should have your full body, including face, visible most of the time. It doesn’t mean that for 100% of the video you need to show everything, but for the majority of the video, you do need to be fully visible. (If you’re not comfortable with this, you should probably reconsider whether you should be doing porn as this might not be the right kind of job for you :))

High-resolution recording quality

  • The higher the quality of the video, the more that the viewers will want to spend on your videos, and the more that they will enjoy your performance. Therefore, HD quality is ideal.
  • The higher the quality, the larger the file size. For instance, if your file size of your 10 minute (or longer) video is anything less than 100 MB (megabytes), then you likely are not recording in high-enough quality resolution / format. In fact, we have seen 10-15 minute videos be as large as 1 to 2 GB (gigabytes)… which is very large, but usually results in very high quality video. Therefore, you won’t be able to email your video file. That’s okay… You will upload your file to one of the online services that we recommend so that we can securely and privately access it from there (see the “Sharing your video” section towards the bottom).

Excellent lighting

  • Lighting is extremely important. Ensure that you have EXCELLENT lighting in whatever room you are in. It should be *very* bright in your video.
  • If it’s not good lighting, your video will look grainy / unclear.
  • Even if you think it feels too bright to you while you’re recording yourself, the end result for the viewer is that the quality of the video will seem so much better.
  • Test your video recording and then play it back to make sure that *you* would classify it as “very clear” video.
  • IMPORTANT: Never film yourself with a light source behind you (such as a window with sunlight coming in from behind you). This creates a ‘backlit’ situation which makes it harder for the camera to focus on you.

Horizontal video orientation

  • Recording with a computer or video camera: You don’t need to worry about this if you are recording on a laptop or desktop computer, or with a video camera — as the orientation of the video will be normal.
  • Recording with a smartphone: If you are recording on a smartphone, you will need to place your phone horizontally (on  its side). The long side of the phone should be on the top and bottom – NOT on the left and right sides. If you mistakenly record your video vertically on your smartphone, we will not accept it and we will ask you to record a new video.

If you use a phone to record your video, make sure your phone is turned horizontally.

Do not add music

  • The value of these video that viewers really enjoy is that they are “real” and not too professional. There is a HUGE demand for amateur homemade videos from the girl and guy “next door”. If we add music and special effects, it makes the video seem too professional, and we want to avoid that.
  • Legally, most music (especially mainstream music) cannot be used because it isn’t licensed by you (or us) to be included in someone’s “product”. Yes, your video that you’re creating is a “product” that people will buy and pay for.

Don’t worry about editing your own video

  • Just be yourself, have fun, and don’t worry about having a “perfect” video. It’s okay if it may need some editing. If it needs a little editing, we can help you with that once you submit it.

Remove all location-specific items from the room(s) you film in

  • You should never have any “clues” in your videos that would give away anything about the region you live in or anything else about your general location. You will find that some viewers take their fantasies to a whole other level, and want to turn their fantasy into reality, and will want to know everything about you. We do our part to protect you in this way, and we will therefore reject any videos that contain anything visible (or spoken) about geography, where you might live, where you might hang out, where you visit, where you went to school, where you’re originally from, etc.
  • This includes sports teams, banners, college / university pennants, certificates, degrees, etc.
  • Please make sure all of these are removed. This is for your safety.

No animals or children

  • Even if they’re just in the background, there should be no risk or implication that anything could be considered illegal in certain parts of the world. Animals and children will not be allowed.
  • A crying baby in the background is also not permitted to be included in videos.
